Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I ask that you please give me a minimum of 48 hours notice. This will allow me enough time to refill your spot with someone who may be waiting to get in.  Any cancellations made within the 48 hour window will be charged a fee of 25% or your scheduled service. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. ALL NO CALL/ NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THEIR SCHEDULED SERVICE.
